Drink of the Day (August 31)

I'll try to post a drink every few days or so... so here's the drink of the day for August 31.

INCREDIBLE HULK
You can either combine this in a shotglass (as shown) or in a cocktail glass. For the cocktail glass, mix three (3) parts Hpnotiq and two (2) parts Hennessey (cognac). Both drinks should be chilled before mixed. Reduce quantity for a shotglass version.

There really is a purpose behind this other than an excuse to drink...

Really! ...okay sort of.

Over the last year or so, I've become more and more interested in backing a bar with a few friends and a few investors once I graduate next summer. I have quite a few connections in the bar industry, but never really followed up on any of them or even gave them a second glance until I turned 21 and started frequenting the local Columbia nightlife. I quickly realized there was a LOT of opportunities to make money here with about 99.9 percent of the student population looking for an even bigger than better bar every Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, or Saturday night (we can toss in Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday as well but I'll leave them off to make me feel more at ease with my "habit").

Hopefully, I'll learn just the beginning of what it would take to start up such a venture with this project, and get my feet just a bit wet.
